CBOS Governance

On January 9th, 2007, the CBOS Steering Committee and Interim Executive Directors of the Chesapeake Bay Observing System (CBOS) unanimously approved this version of the CBOS governance. It was formally adopted by unanimous vote of the CBOS Steering Committee on May 30th, 2007.
