Dave is a water quality analyst for the Chesapeake Bay Program through a co-operative agreement with the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science. He provides analytical support to the Tidal Monitoring and Analysis Workgroup and the Analytical Methods and Quality Assurance Workgroup which are both workgroups of the Monitoring and Analyses Sub-Committee. He is currently involved in efforts to update the water quality data interpolator, the Bay Program’s Chesapeake Bay anoxia forecasting, estuarine turbidity maximum mapping and development of water clarity criteria.
