Ed, as he prefers to be called, is the chief of the Hydrologic Networks Section of the U.S. Geological Survey, Maryland-Delaware-DC Water Science Center, 2006-present. Ed is responsible for the collection, analysis, and delivery of streamflow and groundwater data from the USGS network of stream gages and wells throughout Maryland, Delaware, and the District of Columbia.
